RULES & REGULATIONS


1. Contestants must wear Global Art T-shirt

2. Please present Entry Slip upon registration.

3. Only Original Entry Slip is accepted.

4. Please attach/clip entry slip at the back of the contest paper

5. Contestants are required to bring their own drawing & coloring materials.

6. No glue is allowed during competition

7. Late entries are strictly not acceptable

8. All contest drawings/entries are not returnable

9. Global Art owns the copyrights of all contest drawings/entries to be used for any publicity purposes.

10. Global Art will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings injuries and/or damages occurred during the competition.

11. Registration fee is not refundable or exchangeable.

12. Judges' decision is final and no appeal will be accepted.
